Role: Data Analyst & Strategist

The ask:

Disney Advertising tasked our team with developing an AI training module template designed for internal use. The course aimed to educate Disney employees on effectively integrating AI tools into their workflows, empowering the Disney Advertising Sales team through an immersive, hands-on learning experience. While initially created for the DAS team, the framework was intended to expand across additional Disney departments to support company-wide innovation and efficiency.

The Research

Through secondary research, we examined existing AI tools and training resources used by both in-house and agency teams to identify the most effective methods for educating employees on AI applications. We also analyzed industry and market reports to better understand current trends and best practices surrounding the use of AI in marketing.

The Result

Leveraging thought leadership, expert insights, and industry best practices, we developed an AI training framework that was adopted by Disney Advertising’s Learning & Development team to upskill over 3,000 employees across New York, Los Angeles, and Orlando.
